Complete Production Process of Rod Products

1. Cutting

All materials thickness ≤12mm are CNC plasma cutting, thickness >12mm using CNC flame cutting or plate front cutting. CNC plasma cutting tolerance ±2mm, CNC flame cutting or shear plate cutting tolerance ±3mm. 

2. Bend

Bending is a key process in the production of light pole. The bending directly affects the quality of light pole and can not be repaired after bending. Specific notes are as follows

2.1 Before bending: First remove the cutting slag of sheet metal to ensure that no cutting slag will crush the mold during bending;

2.2 Check the length, width and straightness of the sheet metal, the non-straightness ≤1/1000, if the non-straightness meets the requirements, correct, especially the polygon rod must ensure the non-straightness; 2.3 Increase the bending depth of the bending machine and determine the placement position of the sheet material; 2.4 Mark the plate correctly, error: ±1mm;

2.5 Align the lines correctly and bend them correctly, so that the pipe seam meets the requirements, and the height of the bottom of the two sides is not greater than 5mm.

3. Welding

Automatic gas shielded welding is adopted for all main materials ≤6mm, automatic submerged arc welding is adopted for thickness >6mm, and manual gas shielded welding is adopted for all flanges and ribs. The weld is full and smooth, without porosity, false welding, missing welding, edge biting and other defects.

4. Repair and sanding

Repair polishing is to repair the defects at both ends of the steel pipe after automatic welding. Repair personnel should check root by root, find defects in the place to repair, repair after the completion of welding, and then grinding, grinding joints and automatic weld is basically the same.

5. Plastic Surgery

The shaping process includes the straightening of the lamp pole and the full circle and polygonal diagonal dimensions of the two ends of the blank rod, with a general tolerance of <±2mm. The straightness error of the blank rod shall not exceed: ≤±1.5/1000.

6. Welding flange

The key to spot welding of the bottom flange and the rib plate is to ensure that the bottom flange is perpendicular to the direct center line of the lamp, and the rib plate is perpendicular to the bottom flange. Welding requirements refer to the national standard welding process to ensure the quality of welding joints to be beautiful, no porosity, slag inclusion.

7. Open the door

In the process of working in this process, we must first see the drawings to determine the direction of the door, and then position according to the dimensions of the drawings. Dimensions include: up and down, left and right, and the size of the door frame, plasma cutting to be fine, to ensure that the slit is a straight line, while cutting the door plate braided on the code.

8. welding door strip, electrical strip, lock seat

When welding the door strip, the door strip is 20mm wide, and the position of 8-10mm is extended, especially when spot welding, the door strip should be close to the light pole, and the welding should be firm. Welding electrical strip and lock base, mainly according to the drawings set the position, lock base welding in the middle of the door, error ≤±2mm, keep the above level, can not exceed the lamp pole.

9. galvanized

Galvanizing quality directly affects the quality of the lamp pole, galvanizing requirements according to the national standard galvanized, smooth surface after plating, no color difference, can not have flow hanging, flow hanging serious lamp pole must be re-plated.

10. Spray

The purpose of spraying is to be beautiful, and the second is to prevent corrosion;

10.1 Grinding: Smooth the surface of the galvanized rod with polishing wheel to ensure that the surface of the lamp pole is smooth and smooth.

10.2 Turn it straight! Straighten the polished light pole and shape the mouth, the non-straightness of the light pole must reach 1/1000, and the diameter requirements are: small pole ≤±1mm; Height ≤±2mm. 10.3 Installing Door Panels

10.3.1 Treat all door panels after galvanizing, including hanging zinc, zinc leakage and zinc stored in lock holes. 10.3.2 When drilling the screw hole, the electric drill must be perpendicular to the door plate, the gap around the door plate is equal, and the door plate is flat. 10.3.3 After screws are fixed, the door panel should not be loosened to prevent it from falling off during transportation.

10.3 Spraying plastic powder; Put the light pole with the door installed into the drying room, spray the plastic powder color according to the requirements of the production plan, and then enter the drying room, the supply temperature and holding time must be strict

According to the requirements of each plastic powder, to ensure the quality requirements such as adhesion and finish of plastic powder.

11. Factory inspection

The factory inspection shall be carried out by the quality inspector of the company, and the inspector shall inspect each item according to the inspection items of the lamp pole, which must be recorded and archived at the same time, and can be shipped with the signature of the inspected products.
