Complete production process of rod products
1, cutting All materials thickness ≤12mm are CNC plasma cutting, thickness >12mm using CNC flame cutting or plate front cutting. CNC plasma cutting tolerance ±2mm, CNC flame cutting or shear plate cutting tolerance ±3mm. 2. Bend Bending is a key process in the production of light pole. The bending directly affects the quality of light pole and can not be repaired after bending. Specific notes are as follows 2.1 Before bending: First remove the cutting slag of sheet metal to ensure that no...
Talk about the history of traffic signal light pole and the mainstream of modern design
In modern cities, population and cars are growing day by day, urban traffic is becoming more and more congested, and people's safety is becoming more and more important. Therefore, red and green traffic signal poles have become one of the important things for traffic management departments to manage traffic. With traffic lights, people's safe travel has a great guarantee. Since the birth of the traffic light, its internal circuit control system has been continuously improved, and the planning...
Traffic lights (commonly known as traffic lights, LED traffic lights) green wave control method. There are two key points in order to obtain the coordinated control of the green wave of traffic lights: the same period and the same clock. The so-called common period refers to the intersection with the smallest traffic capacity or the intersection with the largest overall traffic load among the intersections with coordinated demand signals. The signal period after signal timing calculation is...
Traffic sign reflective film classification
1. Reflective film can be divided into glass marble type and micro prism type according to the basic principle of its retroreflective surface. 2. Reflective film can be divided into the following 7 types according to its brightness characteristics, structure and main use: a) Class I-generally prism-embedded glass marble structure, called engineering project-grade reflective film, with a service life of five to seven years, and can be used for permanent traffic signs and operating area...
Detailed production steps of road traffic signs
1. Select the appropriate material First of all, in the process of road traffic signs, it is necessary to follow the requirements of the drawings. The columns, layouts, and columns must be made of national standard steel pipes. The lengths that cannot be planned should be welded, and the aluminum plates should be cut. The base film and the color used must be completely in accordance with the requirements The content required by the specific icons of the manufactured traffic signs and signs is...
