Solar Panel and a 260Ah lithium battery. For the high salt spray climate along the coast of the Philippines, the
Lamp Post adopts a double-layer anti-corrosion process of hot-dip galvanizing and spray coating, with a protection level of IP67. Street lights can provide 11 hours of illumination per day and have a continuous range of up to 7 days during heavy rainfall during typhoon season.
Energy consumption data shows that traditional city circuit lights consume about 240.9 kWh (120W × 11h × 365 days ÷ 1000) per year, while
Solar Street Lights save about 289.08 yuan (1.2 yuan/kWh for commercial electricity in the Philippines) per year. The first batch of 70 street lights in the project save over 20000 yuan in annual electricity bills. In terms of carbon emissions, a single street lamp can reduce carbon emissions by about 240 kilograms per year, and a total of 70 lamps can reduce carbon emissions by 16.8 tons per year, helping to promote green lighting construction in coastal cities in the Philippines. The successful implementation of this project further consolidates the layout of Chuanglv Transportation in the Southeast Asian island market.
