LED street light specifications

1. Technical requirements for luminaires:

(1) The Led Street Light is made of high-quality aluminum alloy materials, and surface of the lamp body is treated with plastic spraying. The surface should be able to withstand mechanical pressure and corrosion from salt fog, car exhaust, and cleaning agents

(2) The protection level of the LED street light housing: IP65 or above. (3) Good batwing light distribution design, the reflection system three-dimensional light sources or lens guidance design, and the lens must use non-imaging secondary optical lenses to ensure road brightness and uniformity, and to increase the range.

(3) The LED luminaire must pass the test.

(4) The operating environmental temperature of the LED street light should meet the requirements for use areas with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 75°C. It should also meet the specific environmental temperature, humidity, and corrosiveness of the usage, as well as other special requirements.

(5) The power factor of the LED luminaire: ≥0.95, the efficiency of the luminaire drive supply ≥90%.

(6) The operating AC voltage range of the LED street light: 85V~265V (the LEDinaire can still operate normally within this voltage range).

(7) The LED street light has surge suppression performance (anti-lightning), overvoltage protection at the end, and can resume operation when the voltage returns to normal.

(8) The LED street light must have the function of automatically adjusting the power of the lamp the second half of the night.

(9) The luminaire needs to have an angle adjustment function to ensure the maximum area of road illumination

2. Technical Requirements for LED Light Sources

(1) The LED light source chips shall be selected from internationally renowned brands (CREE USA, BRIDGELUX from USA, Osram from Germany, and Philips from Netherlands), and the packaging technology shall ensure low thermal resistance, good heatipation, and low stress.

(2) High luminous efficiency LED chips shall be used, with a luminous efficiency of over 150Lm/w ensuring no ghosting and low light decay. (3) The color temperature of the LED light source shall be customized according to customer requirements.

(4) The of the LED light source shall be no less than 50,000 hours.

(5) The general color rendering index (Ra) of the street light shall be greater than or equal to 75, and the uniformity of the road shall be over 0.4. (6) The decay of the LED street light after 10,000 hours shall be less than 8%, with a usage life of over 50,00 hours, and the light decay after 50,000 hours shall be less than 30%
